Took some advice from and altered the highlights on the scaft to make it look less plastic/latex like.
Critique wanted on the coloring and shading.
Old sketch of Lotta colored and shded, been playing around a bit with her base colors here, not so proud of the background, it could use some more details, but this was mostly just a test to mock about with her coloring.
Still, the simple style I used for her is interesting, and easy to draw.
Hands would need to be scaled down though.

You've done a good job here! Your shading and highlighting is good. I would just ease up a bit on your highlights just a bit. Remember that the brighter and sharper (and sometimes the larger) the highlight spot is, the "shinier" the object would be. It just looks like the scarf is made up of some kind of .. maybe a plastic or latex material? Nice work overall however. Just keep it up and continue practicing!
Also, the "simple" style you're using is good. I always love simple The size of her hands "could" be okay depending on your style. But yeah, it all depends on the character.
